The organization has a total of 10 technical and administrative staff members stewarded by the Board of Directors that ensures the company's prosperity by collectively directing the company's affairs, whilst meeting the appropriate interests of its shareholders and stakeholders. The Managing Director reports to the Board and implements all resolutions of the Board by meeting and exceeding client’s expectation through timely delivery of quality service.
The organization is set up in departments. Depending on the nature of contract, members of the different departments come together to form teams to perform tasks in their area of specialization. There are three technical departments supported by a Finance and Administration Department. The general responsibilities of the technical departments include; planning, carrying out feasibility studies, design, construction supervision, audit, monitoring, evaluation and integrity checks
