Neo Design Associates Ltd is a civil and structural engineering firm established in 2006 as a business entity and incorporated in 2018 as a limited liability company in accordance with the Kenyan laws and regulations. The firm is registered as an engineering consulting firm by the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).

We are an experienced indigenous Kenyan firm that has a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering with specialties in; Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water and Sanitation Engineering, Transportation Engineering, as well as Environmental and Socioeconomic studies. Our expertise cuts across Engineering Design and Studies, Project Management and Construction Supervision.

Management

Eng. Francis Okumu Otsieno

Managing Director

Eng. Francis Otsieno has over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering infrastructural design and development in both private and public sector having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2004 from the University of Nairobi and has a certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment/Audit from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology obtained in 2008.

He is a registered Consulting Engineer with Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK), a corporate member of the Institute of Engineering of Kenya (IEK), Lead expert with NEMA and a member of the Environmental Institute of Kenya (EIK). His responsibility is to provide leadership and direction in development and implementation of the strategic plan, business development and contract management.

Eng. Benard Ongeri Masea

Director

Eng. Benard Ongeri has over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering infrastructural design and development in both private and public sector having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2004 from the University of Nairobi.

He is a registered professional Engineer with Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK), and a corporate member of the Institute of Engineering of Kenya (IEK).

His responsibility is t assist the Managing Director in development and implementation of strategic plan, Business Development and Contract Management while providing value added expertise in structural , Transportation, and Water & Sanitation Engineering.

Organization Structure

The organization has a total of 7 technical and administrative staff members. The organization is set up in four departments. Depending on the nature of contract, members of the different departments come together to form teams to perform tasks in their area of specialization. The departments include; Transport, Buildings & Structures, Water, Sanitation & Irrigation supported by Finance and Administration department.
